St. Martin Online is an intermediary between customers and suppliers. St. Martin Online assumes no responsibility for the products and services provided by suppliers. Rates do not include local tax. Room and car types describe a general category and vary by suppliers and features. St. Martin Online assumes no responsibility for any product or service that is not used due to delay of transportation or any other reason. St. Martin Online is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage that could occur.


General Conditions & Liability

Client must acknowledge that by making a reservation with St. Martin Online they do so based on the material contained in the St. Martin Online web site. All statements made by St. Martin Online our employees, agents, and sub-contractors must be confirmed to the client in writing by St. Martin Online. Conditions will be subject to the law of the country in which the supplier is located. Therefore, you will be subject to their terms, conditions, and the local law.Government increase in local VAT or other taxes may be applied after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the current rate in the country. The liability of St. Martin Online will not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, arising from breach of contract, negligence, error or any other cause. Terms and conditions are not exclusive.


Reservations & Confirmation

Reservations made on the web sites operated by St. Martin Online will receive a temporary confirmation number. A temporary number is issued for administrative purposes and does not mean that the hotel room / rental car is available. The official confirmation voucher will be sent to you within 24 hours with your final confirmation number, unless, for some reason the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. St. Martin Online is not responsible for any such delays with the supplier.


Price and Payment

Only the deposit is due at booking unless otherwise stated. Remaining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the supplier.


Cancellation Policies - HOTEL

All hotel reservations processed by St.Martin Online are non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. However, we do offer travel insurance should you want to protect yourself in the case of an unexpected change of plans. Room nights may be charged by the Hotel Supplier in event of cancellation.

No Shows

No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.


Credit Card

Customer must have a credit card in order to secure a room. St. Martin Online accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Additonal fees or taxes that may be incurred


Deposits

A deposit will be charged to secure your resrvations, the remaining balance will be due at check in.


FAQs:

How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car?
We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance. During the high season, car rental companies may become sold out. We will accept reservations up to your arrival date.

Is there a minimum rental period required?
There is no minimum rental period.

What are refueling terms?
A refueling charge will be incurred if the car is returned with less fuel than when rented.

Will my car be available at the airport or other pick up location?
Yes, either your car or a shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer hotel drop off, select Hotel Option on the reservation form. (See the home page for a list of other locations.)

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Any Changes to reservations will be made upon request at no additional charge. A non-refundable deposit applies to all reservations. To request a change or to cancel your reservation email stmartinonline@gmail.com. However, we do offer travel insurance should you want to protect yourself in the case of an unexpected change of plans. What is the minimum age required to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car varies between suppliers. Courtesy Rent-A-Car requires that all drivers must be at least 21.

Yes, 24-hour service is available.

Is there a mileage charge?
There are no additional charges on mileage. Rates shown include unlimited free mileage/killometers.
